Artist Bio
Mindi K. Bagnall was born and raised in Southwestern Michigan. She lived in San Diego, CA and York, PA before moving back to Michigan in 2000. Mindi holds BFA and MFA degrees from Western Michigan University. She has worked as a freelance artist since 1987. She is accomplished in graphic design, photography, murals, illustration, portraits and commissioned paintings. Her work can be found in homes and offices across the United States.
Mindi owns and operates MKB Art Studio in Kalamazoo, MI, where she sells her original works, as well as giclée prints of her work. She works for WMU as the curator of their permanent art collection. She also teaches classes there and at Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
